Utah Media Bomb Plot

Two men, Benjamin R. McDowell and Christopher L. Hulett, have been arrested in connection with an incident involving an incendiary device near Richmond, Virginia. The Henrico County Police Division responded to a call regarding suspicious activity on Friday, October 6th. Upon arrival, officers discovered an incendiary device and took the two men into custody.

McDowell and Hulett are charged with possessing a hoax incendiary device. Hulett faces an additional charge of possessing a controlled substance. Authorities have not released specific details about the device or the circumstances surrounding its discovery.

The investigation is ongoing, and police are urging anyone with information related to the incident to come forward. The FBI is assisting with the investigation, although the extent of their involvement remains unclear. No motive has been released, and it’s unknown if the men had a specific target in mind.
