They are demanding better wages, improved healthcare benefits, and safer working conditions. The union alleges that Menzies Aviation has not bargained in good faith and has failed to address concerns about worker safety and financial well-being. The planned strike by the refuelers threatens to disrupt air travel at one of the busiest airports in the United States. A work stoppage could cause flight delays and cancellations.
