And My Prediction for 2028? The Democrats Are Going to Screw Things Up Again.

And speaking of predictions, I’ve got another one.

Let’s look ahead to 2028.

My prediction? The Democrats are going to screw things up so badly over the next two years that people are going to turn around and vote Republican again.

Yep. You heard me.

And honestly, I wouldn’t be surprised in the slightest.

Here’s the thing. The Democrats just won the 2026 midterms. They’ve got momentum. They’ve got an opportunity. They’ve got a chance to actually do something with the political power they’ve gained.

But what happens if they squander it?

What happens if they spend the next two years obsessing over Trump, playing political games, making promises they don’t deliver on, and continuing to support the same establishment politics that have frustrated so many people in the first place?

What happens if people start realizing that, despite all the talk about change, their lives aren’t actually getting any better?

Well, I think we know what could happen.

People get frustrated. People get disappointed. People get tired of the Democrats. And when 2028 rolls around, some of those same people who voted blue in 2026 might decide they’ve had enough and vote Republican instead.

And then we’ll be right back where we started.

Republicans win. Democrats complain. Democrats win the next election. Republicans complain. And the cycle continues.

It’s practically musical chairs at this point.

And that’s what frustrates me about American politics. It feels like we’re constantly switching between two political parties without actually addressing the underlying problems.

One party disappoints people, so they vote for the other. Then the other party disappoints people, so they switch back.

Rinse and repeat.

And let me be clear: I’m not saying Republicans are automatically better. I’m not saying people should vote Republican in 2028. I’m making a prediction about what I think could happen if Democrats fail to deliver.

Because winning an election isn’t the same thing as earning people’s trust.

The Democrats have two years to prove that they deserve the support they’ve received.

And if they blow it? Well, they shouldn’t be surprised when voters decide to look elsewhere.

The 2026 blue wave could very well turn into a 2028 red wave.

And honestly? I think that’s a possibility Democrats should take very seriously.
